Coaching is typically more practical and goal oriented. The coach works with the client to form strategies and solid plans to move towards their goal. * Qualified or expert in their field.
* Structured process * Collaborative but can also be coach-led during sessions. * Identify blind spots to achieve increased clarity * Help to set realistic goals * Identify and mitigate limiting beliefs. * Therapeutic coaching may be needed to delve into emotional believes and behaviours. * Personal and professional development across different areas of life. * Typically shorter time frame (although ongoing support is not uncommon in online coaching communities) |
